Rooted in tradition and refined through craft, our classic processes bring out the true expression of each coffee origin:
Washed (Wet Process)
The outer pulp is removed, and the beans are fermented in water to break down remaining mucilage. This results in a clean, bright, and refined flavor profile.
Natural (Dry Process)
The cherries are dried whole under the sun before the outer layers are removed. This creates a sweet, fruity, and full-bodied profile.
Honey (Semi-washed Process)
Part of the mucilage is left on the bean during drying, producing a balanced cup with both sweetness and clarity.
